This is my second experience of work completed by Prestige Damp Proofing Solutions. Having had an excellent experience the first time round, when I noticed what looked like woodworm in a completely different part of the house, who else to call but the damp busters at Prestige Damp Proofing Solutions. As usual Natasha modelled excellence in customer service and Patrick made a thorough and professional survey with recommendations and an itemised quote. This was helpful as the problem proved to be not only woodworm but wet rot. The work conducted by Patrick, Louis, Aziz and colleague was to a very high standard with attention to detail through out. We had a hugely positive experience with Prestige, having just found them online by looking at other reviews. Patrick was really thorough in his inspection and could easily have agreed with another (large national) company that had suggested a massive amount of work that needed to be done. Instead, he saw that really what was needed was a much quicker and cheaper solution. (I should add here that even if the bigger solution had been needed, Prestige's price was much cheaper than other quotes). The boys that came to do the job were really friendly, polite and worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible and with as little disruption as possible. They answered all my questions quickly and even popped straight back in person when I had a query on something. I would highly recommend this company - Natasha in the office responds to everything really quickly and professionally, Patrick provides a thorough inspection and report and the boys that do the work are hardworking, friendly and professional. Patrick came to my home to survey the damp & mould concerns we had. From enquiry, his response time was very quick and was able to come see us within the week. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. More than anything else, Patrick showed integrity by offering us advice on some practical changes we can make in the home to help with the moisture, as opposed to try and upsell us a solution we may not need. After a few weeks of following Patrick's advice, we have seen improvements, proving to us he knows what he is doing! Would have no problem recommending Patrick and Prestige to anyone. 👍
